A: Trainer Standards are the qualifications Hertfordshire Lifesavers Trainer Assessors have achieved, as a standard, to make sure they are competent in what they deliver. All trainers, train and refresh their knowledge and skills regularly, requalifying their standards as required.
These trainer standards make sure you recieve the best training from us.

A: All of Hertfordshire Lifesavers trainers will have at least 5 years lay teaching experience as well as a Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Professional Trainers Certificate at Credit Pass level.

A: All Trainer Assessors that are First Aid Instructors will hold a current Four Day First Aid at Work Certificate, will be a qualified First Aid instructor through Nuco Training and will have all of the general training standards.

A: All Trainer Assessors that are Lifesaving and Life Support Trainer Assessors will hold a current Life Support 3 certificate and a minimuim of a Bronze Medallion, will be a qualified Trainer Assessor (TA) or National Trainer Assessor (NTA) with Lifesavers, The Royal Life Saving Society UK, will be in full and current membership of Lifesavers, The Royal Life Saving Society UK and will have all of the general training standards.
