Heart Attack Signs and Symptoms- Pesistant, vice-like central chest pain
- Pain possibly radiating to left arm, jaw and/or back
- Breathlessness
- Sudden fainting
- "Ashen" skin and blueness to lips
- A weak, rapid or irregular pulse
- Sudden collapse
- A sense of impending doom
Treatment- Ease the strain on their heart by making them comfortable
- Position the casualty in the "half-sitting" (or lazy w) position

- Monitor the casualty
- Be prepared to resuscitate
